How Can pain Along With Bruises In The Knee Be Treated?
My knees are very bruised. They both are very dark purple, yellow and brownish. My left knee has a few spots of a brighter purple. I have been doing a lot of running, lunges and push-ups on my knees recently. Could that be the cause? Should I ask to sit out until they heal a bit? Also, when I m running, my ankles twist a lot randomly and it s painful. Could that somehow be connected?
